Do you sell gift cards?
We do not currently sell gift cards.

When will a certain item come back in stock?
Our inventory is constantly changing in effort to stock the latest trendy styles. If you are interested if a certain item will be coming back in stock, please email us at shop@ninetysixboutique, or DM us on Instagram @shop.ninetysix

Orders

I placed an order and did not receive an email confirmation, where is it?
If you placed an order and have not received an email confirmation, please check your junk mail. If it’s not there, send an email to shop@ninetysixboutique.com with your first and last name and we will locate your order and resend a confirmation.

Can I cancel or change an order I just placed?
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please email shop@ninetysixboutique.com with your order number and "Change/Cancel Order" in the subject. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that we cannot cancel or make changes to orders that have already been fulfilled and/or shipped.

Shipping, Returns & Policies

When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Please note this processing time when selecting "Express Shipping" at checkout. Processing times are subject to delay during holidays, stated vacations, or new launches.

When will my order to arrive?
Once your order is marked as shipped, it should arrive within a week. Shipping times vary based on shipping carrier. Delivery times provided at checkout are guidelines and are subject to change at any time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Currently, all items are FINAL sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

My order/item arrived damaged, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving your order at shop@ninetysixboutique.com with with your order number and "Damaged Order" in the subject line. Attach a photo of the damaged item and we will either send you a new item (if in stock) or refund the full amount.

My package is missing, what do I do?
Once the item is packaged, shipped and in the shipping carrier's hands, we are no longer responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable & incorrect addresses. Please contact the shipping provider with any shipping concerns.

If your tracking information shows your package was ‘delivered’, however you cannot locate it, please verify your shipping address is correct. Check to see if someone else accepted the delivery for you. Please wait 2-3 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered days before their actual arrival. If the package still has not arrived, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking information.

If your package was ‘Returned to Sender’ for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship the item.

What is your jewelry made out of?
We use primarily gold-filled, gold plated, sterling silver and stainless steel materials. Please refer to the description of each item for specific materials.

How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, lotions and oils.
